Return & Refund Policy – Paras Packing

At Paras Packing, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Still, if something isn't right, we're here to help.

🚫 No Returns Once Opened

Due to the nature of packaging materials, we do not accept returns once the product seal is broken or packaging is used.

Eligible for Return (If All Conditions Match):

  • The product is damaged or defective on delivery.

  • You received a wrong item (different size, type, or quantity).

  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product is unused and in original condition.

To request a return, WhatsApp us your order ID with clear photos email at help@paraspacking.com.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we verify the issue, we’ll initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • For COD orders (if any), refund will be done via UPI or bank transfer after verification.

🔁 Exchange

Exchange is only possible if the exact product is in stock and the original item is returned unused.
