  • GST invoice is issued in every order if GST number mentioned by customer.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Products are shipped within 1–4 working days after order confirmation.

  • We use reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

  • Any delays due to courier service are not under our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or wrong products.

  • You must report the issue within 2 days of receiving the item.

  • Refund or replacement will be processed after verification.

5. Limitation of Liability
Paras Packing is not liable for any indirect or accidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law:
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be governed under the law of Jurisdiction at the Court of Arbitration of NEW DELHI, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact our customer service team to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jurisdiction of NEW delhi. The arbitration shall take place at New Delhi according to the rules and proceedings of the "Court of Arbitration" of NEW delhi.
